These terms cover your use of the BackerPacker app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.
BackerPacker is a tool for planning and keeping a record of a trip. It adds up what you spend, works out how long your money lasts at your pace, and counts visa days from the route you enter. The visa counts are a planning aid and are not legal or immigration advice. The stamp in your passport and the border authorities decide how long you can stay. Exchange rates are daily reference rates and are not what a bank or card will charge you. BackerPacker doesn't book anything, and it is not a safety or emergency service.
Adding spends, the runway, visa days, the journal, two trip card designs, importing and exporting are free, with no time limit and no cap. BackerPacker Plus adds All your travels and four more trip card designs. Plus for life is a single payment. The trip pass gives Plus for 90 days from the day you buy it.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The trip pass is a non-renewing subscription. It ends 90 days after you buy it and is never charged again. A second pass bought while one is running starts when the first one ends. Plus for life doesn't expire.
All your travels closes and the trip card goes back to the two free designs. Everything you recorded stays, can still be read, and can still be exported.
What you put into BackerPacker is yours. It is stored on your device. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to backerpacker@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
BackerPacker is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for BackerPacker in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
